Cancellation Refund And Replacement Policy
At the Knowledge & Resolution Hub (KRH), we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our participants in both our in-person and virtual knowledge sessions. We understand that plans can change, and as such, we have implemented a flexible refund and replacement policy.
Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is structured based on the time before the session:
- 100% Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled session date will receive a full refund for both in-person and virtual sessions.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the scheduled session date will receive a 50% refund for both in-person and virtual sessions.
- 25% Refund: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled session date will receive a 25% refund for both in-person and virtual sessions.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note: Refunds are not automated. To process a refund, please contact us via email at Contact@TheKRHub.com. Allow us 3-5 business days to review and process your refund request.
Alternative Options for In-Person Sessions:
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending an in-person session. If you are unable to attend, you have two alternatives:
1. Switch to a Virtual Session: If you cannot attend in person and it is within 30 days of the session, you may request to switch to the virtual version of the session (if available).
2. Replacement: You may designate another individual to attend the inperson session on your behalf.
Please ensure that either alternative requests are made at least 3 days prior to the session date.

Clearly state whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or switch.For the email subject, please format it as follows:
[Type of request – refund, replacement, or switch] for [Knowledge Session – title] on [Date and Time].
If you are requesting a replacement, please provide the full details of the individual who will be attending in your place, including their:
- Full Name
- Company
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request. Note that alternate or replacement requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the session date.
